Cancellation/
Advance payment
The free cancellation option allows a period of thirty days before the intended occupancy of the premises. In case of cancellation within this timeframe, we will keep the 50% deposit made at the beginning of the total booking cost. The free cancellation option does not apply to the following periods: from 01.08 - 31.08 and from 23.12 - 10.01. During this period the deposit is 100% of the total booking cost. The amount of the prepayment differs depending on the length of stay.

Children &
cots
Children of all ages are welcome. We will be happy to provide you with a baby cradle or a transport bed for a child for an additional charge of €10 per stay.
Smoking
Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. However, the apartment has two beautiful south-facing balconies where smoking is welcome. If the guest violates the smoking ban, a cleaning fee of €500 will be charged.
parties
Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment.

Guests must keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
pets
In order to be able to take your faithful companion with you into the accommodation, an additional surcharge will be charged. This is necessary due to the increased cleaning effort that has to be carried out after the stay.
